Ovo je jelo radosti, jelo kojim se dočekivala najradosnija vijest - rođenje malog Isusa!
Stoljećima staro i prava je poslastica i danas u ovom obilju, a tek kako je to nekad bilo u siromaštvu i neimaštini!
Ali Božić se uvijek slavio za dobrom trpezom u mojoj Hercegovini.... pa i šire.

Sastojci:
1 kg ječma ili pšenice ( pripremljene za kuhanje ), 1 - 2 kg piletine, što je masnija to je bolje i juha od piletine ( 2 - 3 l )

This is a meal of joy, a meal that welcomed the most wonderful news - the birth of little Jesus!

For centuries it is old and is a real treat today in this abundance, just as it was once in poverty and inadequacy!

But Christmas has always been celebrated with a good meal in my Hercegovina ... and even wider.

Ingredients:

1 kg of barley or wheat (prepared for cooking), 1 - 2 kg of chicken ( the greasy it is better ) and chicken soup ( 2 - 3 l )
