Danas je malo slavlje u našoj kuhinji!
Jedan član obitelji je dobrovoljno odlučio probati ovo današnje jelo i ne samo probati, nego je veći dio pojeo sam....! Zašto...? Odgovor je u nadjevu!
Sastojci:
200 - 250 g tjestenine, 200 g pancete, 300 g graška, 1 crveni luk, 1 žlica brašna, 1 - 2 režnja bijelog luka,
pola vezice peršina, sol, papar i ulje
I još je potrebno:
Juha: - za kuhanje biži ( graška ) 3 dl
- za zaliti 1,5 dl
Za bešamel: 2 žlice maslaca, 2 žlice brašna, 350 - 400 ml mlijeka, 2 žlice parmezana, 2-3 žlice ribanog ementalera, sol

Baked pasta with peas
Today is a little celebration in our kitchen!
One family member voluntarily decided to try this present dish and not just try it, but most of it ate alone....! Why...? The answer is in the stuffing!
Ingredients:
200 - 250 g pasta, 200 g pancetta, 300 g peas, 1 onion, 1 tablespoon of flour, 1 - 2 garlic cloves,
bunch of parsley, salt, pepper and oil
And you need:
Soup: - for cooking peas 3 dl
- to pour 1.5 dl
For béchamel: 2 tablespoons of butter, 2 tablespoons flour, 350 - 400 ml of milk, 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese, 2-3 tablespoons of Emmental cheese grated, salt
