Ovako je izgledao tiramisu davnih sedamdesetih u hotelu PARK. Obećala sam tada isti mladiću koji me uveo u ovaj, gastro svijet i učinio ovisnom o tim slatkim i slanim čudima...Ovisnost je postala ljubav, a mladić moj muž kojemu je ovo poseban dar!

SASTOJCI: 300 g piškota, jaka crna kava
ZA KREMU: 5 žumanjaka, 5 žlica šećera u prahu, 1 vanil šećer, 500 g mascarponea, 1 dl likera amaretto, 300 ml vrhnja za šlag, malo soli, gorki kakao i čokolada u prahu

This is how looked a tiramisu of the early seventies at the PARK hotel in Split Croatia. 
I promised then the same one to the young man who introduced me to this gourmet world and made me an addict to those sweet and salty miracles ... Addiction became love, and that young man my husband  ... this is a special gift to him!


INGREDIENTS:
300 g biscuits, strong black coffee
FOR THE CREAM:

5 egg yolks, 5 tablespoons sugar powder, 1 vanilla sugar, 500 g mascarpone, 1 dl amaretto liqueur, 300 ml whipped cream, a little salt, cocoa powder and chocolate
