Ma šta god vi mislili ili znali o slavnim sinjskim arambašićima, u ovim našim će te uživati još više!
Tajna je - prethodno skuhana goveđa juha !
Sastojci:
600 g junetine ili govedine od plećke ili vrata, 200 g bravetine od plećke, 150 g dimljene pancete,
2 veća crvena luka, 3-4 režnja bijelog luka, malo muškatnog oraščića ( ili klinčića, korica limuna),
2-3 dl vode, 1-2 žlice masti, 2 žlice crvene slatke paprike, 1 glavica kiselog kupusa ( iako ne ide rezani, ja ne mogu baciti pa sam dodala )
Za juhu:
Goveđe - juneće kosti, žile i ostaci mesa... korjenasto povrće
I još dimljena panceta za između sarmi ( ili rebarca, kobasice, sušena bravetina )

Cabbage rolls with meat from our kitchen
Whatever you think or know about the famous cabbage rolls (arambasici) from Sinj, in ours you will enjoy even more!
The secret is - pre-cooked beef soup!
Ingredients:
600 g beef from the shoulder blade or neck, 200 g of lamb from the shoulder, 150 g of pancetta (bacon), 2 large onions, 3-4 garlic cloves, a little nutmeg (or cloves, lemon peel), 2-3 dl water,
1-2 tablespoons of fat or oil, 2 tablespoons red sweet paprika, 1 head of sour cabbage (although in the original recipe does not go the cut cabbage, I can not throw it so I added)
For the soup:
Beef - bones and remains of meat ... rooted vegetables
And smoked bacon to put between rolls (or sausages, smoked meat)
