Grašak! Biži! I nije neka mudrost spremiti dobar grašak s teletinom... ili ipak jest!?
Oduvijek smo jedva čekali proljeće i prve mahune graška u našem vrtu ... Danas na sreću nije više tako! Ovo je grašak iz moje škrinje i još uvijek imam predivnu boju ... okus i miris! A kako sam ga spremila neka slike pričaju!
Sastojci:
500 - 600 g teletine od vrata ili plećke, 1-2 luka, 2-3 mrkve, 500-600 g graška, 2-3 lista kadulje,
2-3 češnja češnjaka, sol, papar, 2 zrele rajčice (manje) ili 2-3 žlice šalše, ulje i 1 žličica šećera

Peas! It is not really a skill to cook good peas with veal ... or still is !?
We've always eager to spring and the first pod peas in our garden ... Today fortunately not more!
This is peas from my freezer and I still have a beautiful color ... the taste and smell!
