Želite dobar i bogat ručak, ali da je bez mesa? Bez mesa može, ali bez pancete skoro da je nemoguće! Samo u slučaju da su gljive svježe i ubrane u obližnjoj šumi! Ja takve već dugo nisam imala !
Pozdrav uzgajivačima, jer zahvaljujući njima gljive su nam dostupne tokom cijele godine!
Sastojci:
500 g šampinjona, 100 - 150 g mesnate pancete, 100 g sira brie ili sličnog, 250 ml vrhnja za kuhanje,
2 dl bijelog vina, pola vezice peršina, sol, papar i 500 g širokih rezanaca
