Nakon obilja blagdanskog stola, nakon slanih i slatkih grijehova, vrijeme je za nešto drugačije...  
Vrijeme je za ovu predivnu juhu nakon koje ćete osjetiti lakoću i pokretljivost, a biti siti i nasmijani istovremeno! Pa krenite u kuhinju!


Sastojci:
2 poriluka, 1 crveni luk, 2-3 mrkve, 3-4 krumpira srednje velika, korijen peršina, 1 l pilećeg temeljca, može i kocka prokuhana u vodi, sol, papar, ulje. 
I još: 2-3 kriške mesnate slanine, rezanci mrkve i poriluka

Na ulju popržiti narezani crveni luk. Kad požuti dodati mrkvu na kolutiće, krumpir na kockice i poriluk na komadiće, ali samo bijeli i svijetlozeleni dio... 
Uliti 1 l temeljca i kuhati dok povrće omekša ...posoliti, popapriti ... 
Kad je povrće mekano samljeti štapnim mikserom. 
Kratko kuhati do željene gustoće.
Posebno na malo ulja popržiti kriške slanine i kad je hrskava dodati rezance od poriluka i mrkve. 
Samo okrenuti na tavi i maknuti...neka ostane hrskavo! Dodati juhi !
