Sastojci za smeđi dio: 
4 jaja, 20 g kakaa, 180 g šećera,1 vanil šećer, 5 žlica vode, pola pecilnog praška, 100 g brašna i malo soli.  
Za svijetli dio: 
4 jaja, 180 g šećera, 20 g gustina, 1 vanil šećer, pola pecilnog praška, 100 g brašna , 5 žlica vode.
Za nadjev:  
5-6 žlica nutelle
Za glazuru:
100 g čokolade za kuhanje, 50 g margarina ili maslaca
