Neki ga zovu orah prutići, drugi polumjeseci, mi u  ga zovemo ABESINAC.

SASTOJCI
Za biskvit:
150 g maslaca, 150 g šećera, 150 g oraha ( mljevenih ), 5 bjelanjka, 70 g brašna
Za premaz: 
5 žutanjka, 150 g prah šećera, 2 vanil šećera ,1 žlica brašna
Za kremu:
200 g samljevenih oraha, 150 g šećera, 1 dl vode, 50 g masla, 100 g čokolade za kuhanje

Biskvit:
Umutiti mikserom....  http://www.surlatable.com/product/PRO-1408269/Breville+Black+Scraper+Mixer+Pro+Stand+Mixer  čvrst snijeg i postupno dodati šećer.
Posebno zapjeniti maslo, dodati brašno i orahe. 
Umiješati i snijeg od bjelanjaka. Smjesu razvući u lim dimenzije 24 x 34 posut mljevenim orasima. Peći desetak minuta ili dok se ne stegne. Nanijeti premaz ...
Premaz:
Zapjeniti žutanjke, prah šećer, vanilije i umiješati žlicu brašna. Razvući preko polupečenog kolača
Vratiti u pećnicu i ostaviti 20 min na 150°C
Krema:
Prokuhati vodu i šećer. Kad se otopi maknuti i dodati izlomljenu čokoladu. Miješati da se otopi, pa dodati, orahe i maslo. Premazati hladan kolač i posuti malo krupnije mljevenim orasima.
