PRIPREMA:
Krumpire oguliti i narezati na tanje kriške i popržiti ih na malo više ulja, izvaditi i držati na toplom.
Odvojiti višak masnoće i kratko popržiti kriške pancete, hamburgera ili šunke, pa i to izvaditi i držati sa strane.
Na istoj tavi popržiti 1 luk narezan na režnjeve, maknuti i njega .

Malo posoliti i vratiti na ploču i laganu vatru.
Razbiti 3-4 jaja i samo ih lagano razmutiti , s malo soli i preliti krumpire...poredati odmah i slaninu i poklopiti da se stegne...do mjere koliko mekan i sočan omlet želite.
Na 4 jaja ja uzmem 2-3 srednje velika krumpira, a može i više.
Može se i zapeći u pećnici.

PREPARATION: Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices and fry them in a little more oil , remove and keep warm . Separate the excess fat and briefly fry the slices of bacon or ham , as well remove and keep aside.In the same pan , fry 1 onion cut into slices , and remove it .In a pan put the potatoes , spread over toasted onion .A little salt and return on a low flame . Break the 3-4 eggs and only lightly stir with a little salt and pour over potatoes ... sort immediately and bacon and cover to tighten ... to measure how soft and juicy omelet want .At 4 eggs I take 2-3 medium potatoes , a can and more .It can be browned in the oven .
