Ako volite povrće ovo je idealno jelo za ručak ili večeru... Mi ga toliko volimo da svake godine jedva čekamo prve paprike kod rodbine u Hercegovini! Te su nam posebno drage! Ali i sve druge su jednako dobre, ako se dobro spreme... uslast!

Sastojci: 
4 - 5 paprika srednje veličine, 3 - 4 veća krumpira, 1 crveni luk, 2 - 3 češnja češnjaka, vezica peršina, 
100 - 150 g sira ( ementalera ), 1 žlica slatke crvene paprike, sol, papar i maslinovo ulje.

Paprike oprati, rezati na pola. Očistiti sjemenke, a dio s drškom ostaviti da bi zadržale oblik i čvrstoću prilikom pečenja. Paprike posoliti, nauljiti i staviti 10 min u pećnicu na 220°C...
Luk sitno narezati i zažutiti na 2-3 žlice običnog ulja. Krumpir narezati na sasvim male kockice i dodati luku.
Nastaviti pržiti 2-3 min... Posoliti, popapriti i dodati crvenu papriku... Pržiti još toliko i maknuti.
U hladno dodati češnjak, peršin i dio sira narezana na kockice. Izmiješati.
Izmiješan nadjev rasporediti po paprikama. Ne zbijati ali neka je dosta nadjeva...kao malo brdašce!
Peći na 220°C oko 20-ak min. Dodati grančicu origana ili listiće...suhi, svježi, kakav se ima...
Uliti dl vode ili juhe i nastaviti peći...desetak min još...
Na svaku papriku staviti krišku sira i vratiti u pećnicu na 1-2 min da se sir počne topiti...

Peppers wash , cut in half . Clean the seeds and leave the handle in order to maintain the shape and strength during baking . Peppers salted , oiled and put 10 minutes in the oven at 220 ° C ... Onions finely slice and fry on 2-3 tablespoons of plain oil . Potatoes cut into very small cubes and add to the onions . Continue to fry for 2-3 minutes ... Add salt , pepper and add the red sweet paprika... fry ... even so and remove . In cold add the garlic , parsley and part of the cheese cut into cubes . Mix.
