Kako ispeći svinjski vrat u komadu?!
Iako se čini to i nije tako teško, ali treba samo strpljenja i vremena ... Taj komad mesa će ostati sočan i mekan i uživat će te u njemu kao nikad, samo slijedite recept ... uslast vam !
Sastojci:
2 kg svinjskog vrata, 1-2 dl piva, sol, češnjak, ružmarin, 3-4 mrkve, 3-4 krumpira, 250 g prokulica, ulje,
1 žlica brašna, 1 žličica meda, papar, 1 - 2 žličice soka limuna i malo juhe ili vode ( par žlica )

How to bake a pork neck in one piece ?!

Ingredients:
2 kg of pork neck, 1-2 dl of beer, salt, garlic, rosemary, 3-4 carrots, 3-4 potatoes, 250 g of brussels sprouts, oil, 1 tablespoon of flour, 1 teaspoon of honey, pepper, 1 - 2 teaspoon lemon juice and a little soup or water (a few tablespoons)
